Abstract
This Project Improvement was carried out at PT. Kitchenette Lestari, ISMAYA Group focusing on New Year's Eve event which took place in 9 brands at the same time. The internship period started from December 17, 2019 until January 18, 2020, then followed by taking data online when the Corona pandemic happened. Qualitative research method, in-depth interviews conducted with internal staff and visitors. The priority problem obtained from the analysis of the interview results is "The use of the Corporate Request Form System which is ineffective and not optimal by the Brand and Corporate Event Marketing division", which was found by the Performance - Importance Matrix method. The conceptual approach used to complete this Project Improvement includes Lean Six Sigma, Continuous Improvement Process, Service Blueprint, Event Management Body of Knowledge, 7C’s Guidelines, and Value Proposition Canvas. The root cause of the priority problems found was 'Using Microsoft Excel' as the Corporate Request Form media. The solution chosen from the 3 alternatives provided is the use of Google Platform as a new Corporate Request Form media. However, this solution can only be implemented until the trial phase because there are no special events running at the ISMAYA GROUP company during the COVID-19 pandemic.
