Sosialisasi Event Pengabdi Pesta Vol.2 Malam-Malam Jadi Sirkus melalui Instagram Dikala Pandemik COVID-19

Pengabdi Pesta is an indoor music festival and vlog event that combines the collaboration of a series that consist of well-known Indonesian artists and several influential collectives in Jakarta by helding a costume party with a local content. Focusing on lifestyle events, Pengabdi Pesta is an annual halloween event held at the Fairgrounds by Syah Establishments and Berlian Entertainment. Before the event, every outlet at Fairgrounds including Lucy In The Sky and Lucy Beer Kitchen by Lawless which outlets were owned by Syah Establishment, already held their own halloween events before. Since 2019, Syah Establishments has been a pioneer in gathering other outlets in Fairgrounds to hold a halloween event called Pengabdi Pesta. At its first event, Pengabdi Pesta Vol.1 raised the theme “Sebelum Pagi Menjemput'' and managed to gain 3.881 visitors. In 2020, Pengabdi Pesta Vol.2 will return in October with a theme “Malam-Malam Jadi Sirkus”. To gain more information about this event is by doing an internship for 3 months and also to identify problems that exist in the internal and external of Pengabdi Pesta. Analysis within the priority problem is on the socialization event of Pengabdi Pesta through Instagram which is not yet optimal. In the Project Improvement activity, by using the Six Sigma DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, Control) method will help solve the main problem from the root cause so it can provide the best solution in improving the quality for the next event. With the COVID-19 situation that's now been facing by the whole world, it is hoped that this academic paper can provide a solution for the event Pengabdi Pesta Vol. 2 “Malam-Malam Jadi Sirkus'' in order to be able to socialize Pengabdi Pesta through alternative media online, that is social media that have not been conveyed from the previous event.
