Ciputra Golfpreneur Junior World Championship Project Improvement

Ciputra Golfpreneur World Junior Championship is a golf tournament event organized by PT. Damai Indah Golf, Tbk. This tournament event is a junior golf tournament which is attended by junior golf players from various countries. The aim of the improvement of this project is to formulate recommendations in the form of analysis using existing theories. Through this theory, it is hoped that it can solve the root causes that give rise to prioritized problems. With this solution, it is hoped that the CGJWC tournament will have significant developments in the next tournament. The basic theory used can be categorized into three parts, theory-rich drawings, fishbone analysis, and other theories. Researchers used qualitative methodologies such as interviews and observations to obtain data. In the research process, there are three findings of problematic problems. Finding the priority problem is that there is no time for research to make guidelines. From these problems, the researchers looked for root cause information in order to provide the right solution. Researchers provide 3 alternative solutions to the company and discussed with the company to choose 1 solution according to the company.
