Abstract

Penulisan Project Improvement ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis mutu kinerja dari Travel Consultant di Panorama JTB Tours dalam pelayanannya terhadap kepuasan customer. Dalam mengidentifikasi permasalahan yang ada, data-data yang didapatkan dari data primer berupa wawancara dan observasi, sementara data sekunder berupa jurnal karya ilmiah, buku, dan data langsung dari Panorama JTB Tours. Dari permasalahan yang terjadi di Panorama JTB Tours, maka solusi yang ditawarkan adalah “Memberikan Training Program untuk Membangun Budaya Customer Centric Service Culture yang Memberikan Diferensiasi Pelayanan dalam Upaya Meningkatkan Penjualan” yang dimana, melalui solusi yang ditawarkan, hasil yang didapatkan adalah kepuasan dari segi pelayanan terhadap customer yang meningkat, berkurangnya jumlah komplain yang masuk, dan peningkatan revenue bagi perusahaan seiring dengan kepuasan yang didapatkan oleh customer.
