Abstract

PT Milsa merupakan salah satu perusahaan terbesar yang menawarkan jasa penyewaan perangkat pemancar sinyal di dalam gedung kepada operator seluler di Indonesia. Beberapa tahun terakhir, perusahaan mengalami hambatan dalam meningkatkan rasio penyewaan lokasi jaringan pemancar sinyal per operator (tenancy ratio) karena masalah eksternal seperti menurunnya jumlah operator di Indonesia, maupun permasalahan internal. Melihat permasalahan diatas, mahasiswa tertarik untuk menganalisa masalah yang ada, serta mencari solusi terbaik untuk meningkatkan performa perusahaan. Kasus ini juga menarik perhatian mahasiswa dalam rangka mengimplementasikan teori-teori yang sudah di pelajari saat kuliah di kehidupan nyata. Akhir kata, diharapkan hasil project improvement ini bisa meningkatkan tenancy ratio perusahaan dibandingkan posisi sebelumnya.
