Abstract

Project Case Improvement ini dilaksanakan untuk PT. Johnson Home Hygiene Products (JHHP). PT. JHHP adalah kelompok dari beberapa perusahaan. JHHP Group didirikan berdasarkan akuisisi unit bisnis produk untuk rumah tangga dari Bayer AG oleh S.C. Johnson pada tahun 2001. JHHP Group berfokus pada pengembangan bisnis inti dari produk konsumen. Dalam Project Case Improvement ini akan melakukan analisis dan memberikan solusi untuk meningkatkan efektifitas eveluasi kinerja sumberdaya manusia yang sedang mengalami kealpaan. Permasalahan yang dihadapi merupakan permasalahan yang cukup rumit. Namun solusi yang dipilih adalah solusi yang memiliki dampak yang baik dan cukup mudah untuk diimplementasikan. Project Case Improvement ini diharapkan dapat memberikan gagasan baru bagi perusahaan yang bermanfaat untuk meningkatkan efektifitas evaluasi kinerja saat ini menjadi lebih baik di masa yang akan datang.
