Abstract

Overview Mental health issues in Indonesia have been on the rise since 2013, with bullying, family troubles, and work pressure being the primary causes of stress and depression. Unfortunately, the stigma surrounding mental health, coupled with the uneven distribution of mental health services and a shortage of psychologists and psychiatrists, means that only a small number of those affected seek professional care. Solution Ngerti.in is a digital platform that combines 1-on-1 therapy with specialists, support groups, and self-activity content into one comprehensive application. It offers a novel approach to addressing mental health issues in Indonesia, focusing on support group services based on scientific studies from the University of Wollongong. With increasing public awareness of mental health and the rise of social media, Ngerti.in aims to reach 1.1 million consumers, or 5% of the population aged 18–44 in 20 major cities across Indonesia who have experienced mental health issues. The global digital mental health market's Compounding Annual Growth Rate (CAGR) suggests Ngerti.in can expect to grow by 20% per year. Partnerships with mental health organizations and educational institutions will further raise awareness. Marketing vi efforts will include billboards, social media campaigns, seminar events, KOL endorsements, campaign programs, and direct selling, all focused on demonstrating the reliability, responsibility, and efficiency of Ngerti.in's services. Technology and Service Enhancement Ngerti.in's digital platform will be developed in-house, utilizing advanced technology and robust human resource capabilities. Artificial intelligence technologies will further enhance Ngerti.in's services. To ensure service quality, all resources, including expert counselors and survivors, will undergo thorough acquisition and verification processes. The company will regularly monitor and analyze the success rate of consumer transactions to maintain high standards. Financial Projections Ngerti.in will generate revenue through service fees. Despite potential risks and the cost of capital, it is projected that Ngerti.in will reach its payback period within four years and three months. Financial indicators suggest that the Ngerti.in business model is feasible and sustainable with positive NPV 6,2 bio, Profitability Index 6,3 and MIRR 45%.
