Abstract

Ecofast is a provider of electric vehicle charging services in Indonesia, with a primary focus on developing the electric vehicle charging infrastructure while committing to delivering the best customer experience. Competitive advantages are achieved through fast charging speeds, comfortable facilities, and system reliability. The role of Ecofast is crucial in supporting sustainable mobility growth in Indonesia and earnestly aims to be an industry leader in adopting environmentally friendly technology. Ecofast's vision is to become the largest provider of electric vehicle battery charging infrastructure, supporting the government's program to increase electric
vehicle capacity to 2 million units by 2030 across Indonesia. Ecofast's mission encompasses providing the most comprehensive and fastest electric vehicle charging infrastructure, as well as creating a vibrant and dynamic electric vehicle ecosystem by building infrastructure in strategic locations throughout Indonesia. Ecofast targets electric vehicle owners and users aged 25-60 who enjoy traveling. Ecofast offers rapid charging solutions with a primary commitment to customer convenience. Regular maintenance of charging equipment and improved customer service are top priorities. Ecofast has a projected payback period of 7 years and an investment return rate (IRR) of 27%, making this business highly attractive. Ecofast is a leader in electric vehicle charging in Indonesia, focusing on speed, comfort, and reliability.
