Abstract
Hotel A merupakan hotel bintang 4 bertaraf internasional di bawah naungan Accor Group yang pertama kali berdiri di daerah Tangerang Selatan. Penulisan Tugas Akhir Project Improvement ini memiliki objektif yaitu menciptakan target perbaikan terhadap masalah prioritas yang ditemukan penulis di Hotel A. Metode penelitian yang dilakukan antara lain melakukan observasi, wawancara dengan staff di hotel, serta studi dokumen. Masalah prioritas yang diangkat dalam penelitian ini yaitu Kualitas Pelayanan (Service Quality) pada kamar (rooms) yang Kurang Maksimal di Hotel A. Kemudian, Data - data yang didapatkan akan dianalisis menggunakan pendekatan DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, dan Control. Hasil dari pendekatan DMAIC diharapkan adanya peningkatan pemanfaatan sumber daya manusia agar lebih maksimal.
