Abstract

CLAVE Cookies merupakan bisnis yang memasarkan cookies dengan tambahan kandungan Spirulina. CLAVE Cookies merupakan bisnis yang dijalankan berdasarkan penelitian kualitatif, kuantitatif, pengujian tes alfa dan tes beta. Berdasarkan beberapa pengujian tersebut, CLAVE Cookies menghasilkan empat varian rasa pertamanya yaitu Lidah Kucing Spirulina, Oatmeal Spirulina, Almond Choco Chip Spirulina, dan Palm Cheese Spirulina. Selain beberapa pengujian tersebut, dilakukan juga pengujian proksimat untuk mengetahui kandungan gizi dalam produk CLAVE Cookies. Hasil dari pengujian proksimat tersebut menyatakan bahwa kandungan produk CLAVE Cookies mengandung 28% protein lebih banyak dibandingkan produk cookies tanpa tambahan Spirulina. Bisnis CLAVE Cookies ini diproyeksikan dalam 1 tahun dengan target penjualan 200 toples cookies di bulan pertama dan terjadi kenaikan target penjualan 10% setiap bulannya. Dari proyeksi bisnis CLAVE Cookies selama 1 tahun, CLAVE Cookies akan mendapatkan total sales atau omzet sebesar Rp. 321.622.500 dari total penjualan 1 tahun.
