Penerapan Teknologi Aplikasi untuk Meningkatkan Engagement dengan Pengunjung Jakarta x Beauty

The focus of this study is to add features to the Female Daily application so that companies have access to purchase transaction data digitally and automatically conducted by visitors at the Jakarta x Beauty event. Data collection methods used are in-depth interviews with internal Female Daily Network companies, focus group discussions with internal Female Daily Network companies, surveys, and secondary data obtained from social media. The purpose of this study is to contribute to the Female Daily Network company to prepare for the next Jakarta x Beauty event more effectively and efficiently. This study looks at the Jakarta x Beauty event as a whole because researchers only examine events and do not go down directly to work on events in certain fields / divisions. Using customer engagement, experience design, and DMAIC theory in providing improvements that can be applied in the Jakarta x Beauty event. Problems found in the Jakarta x Beauty 2019 event included inadequate venues, lack of technology implementation, and the company's value not being achieved. Next, analyze the 3 problems using the theory of severity-urgency matrix to find the priority problems. The results of the study prove that 'the lack of visitor involvement in the application of the technology system in the Female Daily application' is a priority problem that must be resolved. The solution that can be used to make the next event more effectively and efficiently is to integrate application technology. Technology integration is done by adding features to the FD app to complete some jobs to be done visitors.
