Analisis Isu Micromanagement pada Pembuatan Acara We The Fest

We the 2019 fest an occasion for Indonesia largest festival .The event made by Ismaya Live in 2019, that held in Jakarta International Expo. By successfully invited International artists like Rae Smurred, Joji , Anne Marie, Cigarettes After Sex, Alvvays , and various other major international artist .This event was also enlivened by various leading local artists like Tulus, fourtwnty, Eva Celia , and various other leading local artists . The author uses a method of soft system methodology in this study which is a method of mandatory from the University Prasetiya Mulya.The study was held because of the graduation requirement S1 Event Management, University Prasetiya Mulya. This study, writers have been given a chance to be able to conduct research in the company Ismaya Live to scrutinize the event We The Fest 2019.The purpose of this research is to give recommendations for the problem or issues that are in Ismaya Live to making the show We The Fest. In this study presents all issues affecting timeline in making a show We The Fest. These issues will also portrayed in the Rich Picture. At the end of this study, the author gives some of the solutions that can be used to fix an issue that is micromanagement.
