Peningkatan Kualitas Notebook untuk Tenaga Insinyur Pengeboran Minyak demi Tercapainya Target Penjualan (Studi Kasus pada PT Graha Nusa Trada)

The main objective of the program is the improvement project case to identify the problems, analyze the cause and effect, and propose alternative solutions for the PT Graha Nusa Trada especially the business development. As a supporter of writing, the author was directly involved in all the work carried out by PT Graha Nusa Trada business development section, which is useful for getting the data to be analized. Problem identified was the sale of tally notebook CLOVES that is not achieved the set targets. Theory that will be used by the author is fish-bone diagram to identify problems that occur, followed by external observation to determine the response of the power engineers of the tally notebook CLOVES, after observing the external writer finally know the main problem of tally notebook CLOVES is the quality of the tally notebook CLOVES. In the end, the author designed a new product design tally notebook CLOVES in accordance with the wishes of engineers in the field. The theories used are bill of materials (BOM), house of quality, and process flowcharts. Author makes solving the problem that aims to make its sales target set by PT Graha Nusa Trada to tally notebook CLOVE can be achieved. Solving the problem is: 1. Make changes to the tally notebook CLOVES according to the results of interviews with engineers in the field. 2. Maximize sales by selling to oilfield services companies drilling for oil sub sector that has not been touched by PT Graha Nusa Trada so that the sales targets set by PT Graha Nusa Trada is reached, the first alternative is making changes to the running tally notebook in accordance with the results of interviews with engineers in the field.
