Abstract
As a part of MOD department PT HM Sampoerna Tbk., Learning and Performance Management team accountable for developing employees’ competencies through internal training program. The team work together with the HR-SSC (Human Resources Shared Services Center) organizing the services in Implementation phase of internal training. Information flows between the two departments hold an important role in order to make sure that the training implementation fulfilled the expected standards from the Philip Morris International as the holding company of Sampoerna. This study provides systematic exploration of the role of information flows regarding internal training activities between the two departments as the organizer. Responses from the survey provide crucial insights regarding the previous and expected information flows between the two. Writer major findings include: - Member changes in the team that leads to confusion and ineffectiveness during training preparation and implementation affected by unorganized information related to administrative tasks that need to be prepared for each training activities. - A majority (50%) of the team member from two related department say that it is hard for them to get information needed regarding the input of training implementation phase. Almost half (40%) of the team member from two related department say that the information needed regarding the input of training implementation are not updated. All (100%) of the team member from two related department say that it is easy for them to get information needed regarding the input of training implementation after the Project Case Improvement of accessible share-folder implemented. - All (100%) of the team member from two related department say that the accessible share-folder contains updated information regarding the input of training implementation.
