Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi tipologi influencer dan karakteristik reaksi pengguna online dalam komunitas virtual Jenius BTPN di Facebook, khususnya terkait fitur Flexi Cash. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan Netnografi kualitatif, penelitian ini menganalisis postingan dan komentar pengguna dalam grup Facebook Jenius BTPN Community selama 45 hari. Hasil penelitian mengungkapkan enam tipologi influencer, yaitu Friends, Companions, Leaders, Broadcasters, The Doubtable, dan Infotainer, yang masing-masing memiliki karakteristik unik dalam hal keahlian dan interaktivitas. Selain itu, ditemukan empat karakteristik reaksi pengguna online, yaitu Hard Sell, Givers, Joiners, dan Critics, yang mencerminkan berbagai cara pengguna berinteraksi dan merespons konten influencer. Penelitian ini memberikan wawasan berharga bagi Jenius BTPN dalam memahami dinamika komunitas virtual dan mengembangkan strategi pemasaran yang lebih efektif. Temuan ini juga berkontribusi pada literatur mengenai tipologi influencer dan virtual community dalam konteks keuangan digital.
