Abstract

This research aims to prove previous researches one event quality and their relationship to satisfaction of an event visitor and its impact on visitor’s future behavioral intention to the event. The findings of this research are expected to help organizers of the event, especially the festival organizers. The Djakarta Warehouse Project (DWP) was selected as a case study for this research. Data was retrieved through questionnaires shared through Google Forms to DWP repeat visitors who attended DWP in 2019 with a total of 246 respondents. Research is conducted to analyze which of the dimensions of event quality which are programs, facilities, staff, food & beverage, souvenir, and informasi that directly influence the satisfaction of visitors DWP and also whether satisfaction influences future behavioral intention from visitors. SPSS and Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) in AMOS were used to analyze the data. The results of this study revealed that program and information directly influence satisfaction of attendees and satisfaction is a strong indicator in influencing the future behavioral intention.
