Abstract
The research aims to create a new system of Account Management in Bright IMC. The system is suggesting Bright IMC to have Account Manager, so the customers of Bright IMC could be managed better than before. Based on the research, Account Manager is needed because Bright IMC has a lot of customers. Account Manager will handle existing customers and search new customer for the company that making the company has a more profit. Organizing database customer, following up customers, and collecting feedback from customer are the duties of Account Manager and these things are very important for Advertising Agency. If the company is doing well in these things, the customers of the company could be segmented, so the priorities of every customer would be managed well and that thing should be good for the future of the company. Bright IMC has a good potential in the market because a lot of projects had been completed and there are some new projects, which being run by Bright IMC. Because of that potential, the roles of Account Manager could be a key to bring the company to compete with the competitor in the market. A lot of works in the company, which the results are not good enough for the company, would be done well if Bright IMC has a competence Account Manager.
