Abstract
Nowadays citizens of Jakarta have a habit of consuming food and drinks not just for a mere need fulfillment, but more towards a different lifestyle. In addition, the increasingly busy society causes the majority of them to buy take-outs. This phenomenon creates new opportunity in the food and beverage industry to develop a practical new product, such as smoothies. Jumble Smoothie Bar offers smoothie drinks that could be customized to different customer preference. Our smoothie carries its own uniqueness compared to other smoothie in the market because Jumble had revolute fresh fruits as the main ingredient for smoothie into fruit cubes. The menus offered consist of 8 different concoctions of fruits along with the additional toppings such as ice cream, yoghurt, milk, syrup, and taro powder. The smoothie bar concept has not been around in Jakarta, therefore positively we can compete with the other competitors. The target market chosen also complies with the products offered: adopt the new lifestyle with an age range of 15 to 30 years old. In addition, there are various marketing tactics planned to support the sales target 297 million rupiah this year. So that Jumble could achieve 27% of return on assets and also 29% of return on equity, therefore Jumble is a viable business to run.
