Abstract
The society having high mobilization level requires fast-served and flexible food to support their daily activities. Those need, affect on the exciting development of culinary industry and lead the idea of making SABO happen. “ABO, hi h is the a re iatio of the ter “api Balado, ade fro eef ith the seasoning of Indonesian distinctive condiment spice red balado (chili). SABO brings the idea of unique taste, fast-served, and facilitate packaging, which become its advantages among other Indonesian culinary. Currently SABO has three outlets: in Prasetiya Mulya School of Business and Economics, Pelita Harapan University (UPH), and Sekolah Santa Laurensia. SABO is about to expand to Jakarta and chooses Kuningan City Mall as the starting point. The strategic analysis will be focused on the “ABO utlet i Ku i ga City. SABO targeted men and women at age of 22 to 34 years old, the spicy lovers particularly are office workers and family with high mobility, primarily the housewives who demand practicality. In SABO, we do both indirect sales through the pho e a d dire t sales through the outlets. “ABO outlet i Ku i ga City as go e through soft launching on March 2nd, 2015, and Grand Launching was on June 17th, 2015. After the business operation activity has already run for three months, the finance objective for the first month has achieved i.e the revenue was above Rp 40.000.000,- and cash flow was positive. Therefore, SABO did not need to add more financial capital. In addition, the opening of SABO outlet has given many insights that will help SABO to expand its business in other Malls. Based on the financial analysis and condition, it can be concluded that this business is worth being executing.
