Abstract
The Increasing number of prospective workers seeking jobs today are followed by the increasing number of companies that need new workers, but as it turns out, many prospective workers have trouble during their job interview and because of that, many of them failed. One of the solution to overcome this is to attend trainings organized by educational institutions or from other organizer. Quite a lot of institutions or companies have organized training programs for job seekers. To attract potential participants to attend this training programs is not easy, it required effective marketing programs in order to attract these candidates. In this paper, we will consider two alternative options in order to attract candidates. The first alternative is to use social media on the internet. Where the training programs will be disseminated through social media to social media users. The number of social media users in Indonesia is quite significant and it does not require a fee to use social media. The second alternative is offering programs to educational institutions. The level of the educational institution for this case are institutions at the university level or the equivalent. Offering training programs to educational institution would make it easier for Growin to build its reputation and can serve as a cornerstone to offer similar activities to other institutions. The best alternative solution will be chosen based on a comparison of the advantages and challenges of each alternatives. In the end, it is to be hoped that this training program will be able to make it easier for job seekers to get jobs that match their skills.
