Abstract
Human resources is one of the most important assets in a company. Because of that, human resources management needs to be considered by company. Based on these explanation, human resource development becomes the keyrole to the success of human resource management. In this paper, the writer will explain about Dynargie Indonesia, all the programs that it had, problem that is being faced and also what solution that will be taken to overcome the problem. The common problems that is faced by Dynargie Indonesia is lack of brand awareness. To find the root cause of this common problems, the writer will use 3 concepts which are Fishbone Diagram, 5 Why’s Questions and SWOT Analysis. In overcoming this problem and also find the alternative solutions, the writer will use 2 concepts that best matches the situation, which are Digital Marketing and Relationship Marketing. And based on the writer’s analysis about both concepts, the best solution is to implement both concepts to overcoming the problem. The writer hopes that through implementing both concepts, Dynargie Indonesia will finally gain better brand awareness significantly.
