Abstract
The final project of the Improvement Project was carried out at the Broadway Group which focused on the Jackson's All-stars event. The internship period starts from March 1, 2020 to June 1, 2020, after which it is continued by taking data offline before the corona pandemic occurs and data collection is done online. The author is tasked with finding the root cause of the company's annual event and will continue with alternative solutions to solve the company's root problems. Data was collected through qualitative research with in-depth interview methods conducted with all parties of the Jackson's All stars event committee consisting of event divisions, ticketing divisions, artist divisions, creative divisions, vendors, sponsors, and visitors as external informants. The main problem that was obtained from the results of the interview analysis was "Jackson's All stars Event Division’s Performance Is Not Maximal" which was discovered by the Severity and Urgency matrix method. The conceptual approach used to design alternative solutions is Lean Six Sigma, Project Management.
