Abstract

Project improvement adalah kegiatan yang memiliki tujuan untuk mengidentifikasi akar permasalahan, menganalisa diagram fish-bone, dan mengajukan alternatif solusi untuk permasalahan yang sedang dibahas kepada pihak perusahaan. Dalam rangka untuk mendukung penulisan, penulis terlibat langsung dalam proses pencarian data sampai pengajuan alternatif solusi sebagai karyawan magang di perusahaan selama 4 bulan. Selama masa magang penulis diberikan tugas dari pihak perusahaan untuk menganalisa penyebab turunnya performa thread started pada Forum KASKUS yang akan dibahas pada project improvement. Untuk memberikan alternatif solusi, penulis menggunakan teori Motivasi Konsumen dan Tipe Model Komunikasi karena penulis menganggap teori tersebut ideal untuk digunakan pada permasalahan ini. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan yang ada, alternatif solusi yang penulis berikan adalah: 1. Kaskuser Journalism 2. Sistem Thread Point Reward 3. Opinion Seeking Program
